How much do your puppies cost?

At what age are puppies allowed to go to their new homes?
Our puppies can go to their new homes at 8 weeks old per AKC recommendations. At six weeks, puppies will receive their first vet visit where they will be dewormed, checked head to tail, and have their nails clipped. At eight weeks, the puppies will return to the vet to receive their first set of shots. They are checked again and watched to make sure that none of the puppies have any reaction to their shots. Puppies will receive their second set of shots before heading to their new homes. All puppies are sent home with a blanket, puppy food, vitamins, a bowl, and a toy.
What shots do your puppies receive before heading to their new homes?
All puppies are sent home with their first two sets of shots. They are dewormed at six weeks old as well as having nails clipped and checked over head to toe. At 8 weeks old they will receive their first set of shots and their second set of shots at 10 weeks.
Do I have to put a deposit down on a puppy?
There is a 25% nonrefundable deposit that is required on all puppies. If you change your mind for any reason, the balance will be carried over and applied to another puppy.
Can I put a deposit down on a future litter/puppy?
Only after a successful breeding has occurred will we accept deposits. Refer to the "Upcoming Litters" page for current information.
Can I select and purchase a puppy online, through an email, or by instant message only?
We make sure to speak directly with everyone to whom we sell a puppy. There is too much information to cover and we want to ensure each puppy's best interest.
Will I be able to have MHD ship my puppy to me?
For the overall safety and wellbeing of each puppy, we will not ship our dachshunds. We will work with you to make arrangements to get the newest member of your family home.
Can anyone buy a puppy from Magnolia Haus Dachshunds?
All of our puppies are sold as "pet only." We are open to discuss any intent otherwise on a case by case basis. We do not sell to puppy mills, pet stores, or resellers.
